Dustin Haupt, DDS
Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Haupt is a Missouri native and graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Louis University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. While at Creighton, he received the Creighton University Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Achievement Award and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Haupt completed his four year residency at the University of Illinois Chicago Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery program where he trained under leading academic surgeons. During his training, Dr. Haupt covered multiple hospitals and clinics, including the University of Illinois Chicago, Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Lurie Children’s Hospital, and Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. He received extensive training in all aspects of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, outpatient sedation and anesthesia, and complex dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery. He served as chief resident in his final year of training.

Currently, Dr. Haupt resides in the northern suburbs of Chicago with his wife, who is also an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. In his free time, he likes to run, enjoy the Chicago outdoors, and work on his golf game.
