Meet Our Team
Nancy, Office Manager
Nancy has been with the practice since day one, December 2009. Nancy strives to ensure that each and every patient receives the utmost care, making their visit a positive and stress-free experience. She will go over treatment with you, discuss your insurance coverage (benefits, limitations and copayments), and present payment options. She will help you in scheduling your appointments in a timely manner and act as a resource to answer questions regarding office policies or procedures. As an added bonus her fluency in Spanish allows her to provide equal care to our bilingual patients.
Letty, Scheduling Coordinator
Letty has been working in the dental field since 2005. She is crossed trained as a receptionist and dental assistant. Her bilingual Spanish/English communication skills make her a great team asset. In her free time she enjoys baking cookies and spending time with her husband and three children.
Halyna, Dental Assistant
Halyna was a medical nurse in the Ukraine and is multilingual with Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, and English. After happily arriving in the United States in 2007, she desired to work in the medical field, but thought it might be interesting to use her skills and experience in the dental field. While working as a dental assistant, Halyna wanted to further her education. In 2012 she graduated from dental assisting school and has continued to be a successful, engaged and caring dental assistant ever since. When Halyna is not at work, she loves to spend time with family and attend Zumba classes.
Jessica, Dental Hygienist
Jessica’s dental career began as a dental assistant many years prior to joining Scharrington Dental October 2017. Her passion for dentistry inspired her to further her education and in 2012 become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She helps patients feel at ease by building confidence, trust and friendship as well as offering super patient education. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
Barb, Dental Hygienist
In the early 2000’s Barb chose to change careers. She wanted to become a dental hygienist and in 2005 graduated from College of Lake County with high honors.
