Your First Visit
During your initial appointment, imaging and examinations are done to evaluate your overall dental health and identify any potential issues that need to be addressed. We strive to provide an early, accurate diagnosis which helps to minimize the invasiveness of treatments that are required in the future.
Occasionally, treatments can be done at the same time as your consultation. But there are circumstances when it makes sense to evaluate complex medical history before moving forward with a treatment plan.
When you come for your first appointment, you should bring x-rays and a referral slip if applicable. We also need information about the medications you are taking, insurance forms, and a completed patient registration form.
